The HPrice service is sold to customers under the brand 197HOUSE. The following is the current terms and conditions of supply for the sale of this product.
02. NSW DATA TERMS AND CONDITIONS
Customers requesting NSW Property sales information are prohibited from
(a) Using Property sales information other than for their own internal business purposes
(b) On-selling, sub-licensing, disclosing or otherwise providing Property Sales information in any form to any any other person
(c) Altering the format, meaning substance of any Property Sales information supplied
(d) Remove any notice displayed with the NSW Property information by TerraPages
Customers are required to
(a) Comply with Privacy legislation and to notify TerraPages and Lands NSW of any privacy complaints made in connection with the Property sales information as per the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW) and Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
(b) To act in accordance with the reasonable directions of Lands NSW in relation to any privacy complaint as per the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Act 1998 (NSW) and Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).
03. CONDITIONS OF USE
In using the 197HOUSE service you acknowledge all the Terms and Conditions in this document and warrant that all requests to the service from your registered mobile phone number are solely from you.

In providing the 197House SMS service, Service Provider TerraPages Pty. Ltd. (ACN 103 677 247) does not warrant the accuracy or completeness of the data, or the delivery or performance of the service, and to the full extent allowed by law excludes liability in contract, tort or otherwise, for any loss or damage sustained by subscribers, or by any other person or body corporate arising from or in connection with the supply or use of the whole or any part of the information provided by this service through any cause whatsoever and limits any liability it may have to the amount paid to the Provider for the supply of such information. If you rely on the information from this service you are responsible for ensuring by independent verification its accuracy, currency or completeness.
